Natalie is a nationally registered psychologist with a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology. She is currently undertaking the Clinical Endorsement program, which involves further professional development and clinical supervision.
Natalie uses a client-centred, collaborative approach when working with clients to assist them overcome a range of mental health disorders. Her areas of interest are depression, anxiety, grief and loss, stress, trauma, life-transition and adjustment issues. Natalie also has a special interest in gender and sexuality issues and welcomes these referrals.
Natalie enjoys working with adolescents and adults and is experienced in a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment therapy (ACT), and Interpersonal Therapy (IPT).
